Requirements include identifying/assessing facility requirements for new equipment to include maintenance facility and training area requirements. Successful candidates will be well versed in the DOTMLPF and PPBEA processes. Key Responsibilities:Analyze and interpret U.S. Marine Corps equipment requirementsDevelop metrics and data visualization toolsIdentify and recommend logistics strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics operations.Collaborating with cross-functional teamsSupport continuous improvement initiativesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business operations research or similar field.Minimum of 8 years of experience with U.S. Marine Corps logistics systems (12 years without degree)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on logistics and supply chain management.Must hold an active DoD Secret security clearance.Desired Qualifications:Military experience with DOTMLPF analysisFamiliar with PPBEA processExperience with military readiness reporting systems and Global Force Management processAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a robust work environment.Security Clearance:Active DoD Secret security clearance required.Work Environment:Onsite in Pentagon working spacesAvailabilityThis position is anticipated to be available on or about 15 September 2025Benefits: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in our benefits programs:Health dental and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off (PTO) and holidaysGroup Term Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment InsuranceVoluntary Term Life InsuranceShort and Long-term disability insurance Equal Employment Opportunity Statement.
