Value for our customers.If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us then check out the job description below!What youll do:Lead MetroStars security program and ensure compliance with NISPOM and government regulations.Serve as the primary liaison to DCSA and partner agency security offices.Oversee Facility and Personnel Clearance processes through NBIS/DISS.Manage SCIF accreditation physical security and inspection readiness.Direct insider threat and security awareness programs.Partner with People & Culture Contracts and delivery teams to align policy with practice.What youll need to succeed:Active TS/SCI clearance (Full Scope Poly preferred).7 years of experience managing cleared programs.Expert knowledge of NISPOM ICD 705 and DCSA compliance.Experience managing SCIFs and supervising security teams.Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills.Willingness to be onsite at our Reston HQ office at least 3-4 days/week.SALARY RANGE: $115000 - $147000The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience.
