Faculty Appointment Management at LaGrange College

LaGrange College seeks to fill a tenure-track teaching appointment in management at the assistant or associate professor level beginning August 1 2026.A terminal degree in management organizational leadership or related business field is required although outstanding ABD candidates will be considered. Successful candidates without a terminal degree in hand must complete the terminal degree by the end of their second year.The successful candidate will join the newly formed Department of Business and Data Science. The department and business program are student-centered and use an experiential learning model that emphasizes student experience and preparation for the business world. The business program offers opportunities to teach a range of courses in the business core curriculum advanced courses in management and courses within concentrations appropriate to the successful candidates expertise. The teaching load is 24 credits annually (typically four 3-credit courses per term).
