The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching on-campus, face-to-face classes to undergraduate students. Responsibilities:Teach courses in accordance with established syllabiPrepare course materialsDeliver engaging and interactive classroom instructionEvaluate and grade student work in a timely and effective mannerFacilitate field experiences in collaboration with program personnelCommunicate student concerns to program personnelAttend program meetings Minimum Qualifications (Required): A Master's degree in Elementary or Special Education, or a Master's degree in Secondary Education with a STEM focus.Experience teaching in the elementary or middle gradesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to teach on-campus, face-to-face classes during the dayCommitment to anti-racist, culturally responsive education.Preferred Qualifications: A Doctorate in Elementary or Special Education or a Master's degree in Secondary Education with a STEM focusHigher education teaching experienceExperience mentoring pre-service or novice teachersExperience teaching in Massachusetts K-12 public schoolsExperience in literacy instruction is highly desiredSpecial Instructions to Applicants:Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
