Job Description

Reporting to the Fairmont Gold Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:             ResponsibilitiesConsistently offer professional friendly and engaging serviceTo monitor maintenance of the physical Fairmont Gold productHandle escalated guest concerns and react quickly logging and notifying proper areas ensuring follow up is completedDevelop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyaltyPersonalize service with guests during their time in the loungeAssist when needed with all areas of Fairmont Gold operation Audit Front Desk operations to ensure all service standards are practicedAudit cleanliness of all lounge areas including food service areas and storageAttend meetings in Fairmont Gold Managers absenceComplete all ordering for Attendant/lounge operationsMonitor and report food consumption and wasteEnsure food and service standards are being maintainedMaintain strong relationships and communication with Kitchens and other teams to ensure all guest needs are metTrain all new colleagues joining the teamTo follow department policies procedures and service standards according to Forbes and Michelin Key standardsTo follow all safety policies Other duties as assignedWhat is in it for you:Paid time offMedical Dental and Vision Insurance 401KComplimentary shift mealEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwideLearning programs through our Academies and Educational Assistance for further developmentOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities like Sustainability CommitteeQualifications : To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
