Responsibilities Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, child custody, and child support Manage cases from intake through resolution, including hearings, mediation, and trial Advocate in contested matters and negotiate settlements to resolve disputes efficiently Handle Child Protective Services matters and assist with related investigations Support appellate matters as needed and contribute to case strategy and briefing Maintain strong client communication and provide clear, practical legal guidance Qualifications 2 to 5 years of family law experience Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar Juris Doctor degree required Trial experience handling contested hearings or cases Experience with mediation and settlement negotiations Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus Interested in hearing more?
