Growing together. As the Chief of Internal Medicine you will be responsible for the health care delivery of the Internal Medicine practice. You will follow Atrius Healths mission of partnering with patients to make it easier to be healthy. You will manage the implementation of mission-specific strategies and tactics and oversee all staff within the department. You will serve as a respected clinician and lead by example in all aspects of leadership and clinical practice. Primary Responsibilities:Champion Patient-Centered Care: Ensure delivery of high-quality safe and patient-centric services while promoting initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and service excellenceLead and Inspire Teams: Energize staff around new initiatives foster creativity and collaboration and manage conflicts across clinical and non-clinical teamsCommunity Engagement: Support the practices charitable mission by partnering with schools social services and health-based agencies to improve community healthClinical and Operational Leadership: Supervise physicians and APCs oversee orientation and mentoring contribute to hiring decisions and collaborate on departmental budgeting and practice finances Youll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested Qualifications:Board Certified MD or DO in Internal Medicine Family Practice or Internal Medicine/PediatricsUnrestricted licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to startExperience in a leadership or administrative roleAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred Qualifications:Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required based on specialty3 years of clinical leadership experienceUnderstanding of basic quality assessment and improvement methods Key Skills Apache Tomcat,C++,Administration Support,LNG,Hotel Front Office Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
