Parkview Health is currently seeking a Board Certified/ Board Eligible Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join their team.Hours of practice are Monday – Friday 7am – 6pm; some flexibility required for extended hoursOffice location is at 470 Bennett Drive, Warren, INWeekly Patient Contact: 36 hours (32 hours in the clinic & 4 hours rounding and prepping charts)Daily encounter goals of 22-26 patients depending on visit lengths.The call requirement for this position is 1:6Opportunity allows for OB, but not mandatory.Parkview Health is proudly committed to bringing the highest quality of care to northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio.
