Saint Joseph Medical Group (SJMG) has an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a growing practice located in Elkhart, Indiana at Simonton Lake Family Practice.This practice is part of a multi-specialty location offering convenient access to on-site X-ray and laboratory services, creating a seamless experience for both patients and providers. The selected candidate will join a collaborative team that includes family practice and other specialists within the building.This is a traditional Family Medicine practice providing comprehensive care across the lifespanfrom pediatrics to geriatrics. Services include chronic disease management, preventive care, minor procedures, and more.
