Full-time physicians with Facey Medical Group are only scheduled 4.5 days per week as the organization recognizes the importance of a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy an outstanding work culture while living in the beautiful San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles.Position Details:Full-time position with 4.5 days per week scheduleOutpatient care onlyCall is outpatient only and rotates with all physiciansNo inpatient callNo late-night shift or weekendsWork with adult patients only, approximately 19 patients per dayAccess to other specialties and support within the groupCompensation & Benefits:Compensation is between $270,000 and $350,000 per yearComprehensive benefit package that includes medical/dental, life & disability insurance, generous paid time off, and a substantial employer paid retirement plan contributionFulltime employment is qualifying toward federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (please consult with your loan servicer for specific requirements and qualifications for PSLF)The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position.
