Location: 3415 Custer St Suite D, Manitowoc, WI 54220Opportunity Details:Emplify Health by Bellin is searching for a Family Medicine Physician to join our growing Manitowoc Clinic. This position provides an opportunity to practice medicine in a great community on the shores of Lake Michigan while being part of a large health care system. With onsite lab, x-ray, physical therapy, behavioral health and many other specialties, this clinic allows patients to receive their care in one location.Emplify Health by Bellin provides a strong work life balance through a team-based care model and 4-day work weeks.
