Family Medicine Physician Outpatient OnlyLocation: Kissimmee FloridaSchedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PMPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine physician to join our Orlando outpatient practice. This is an outpatient-only opportunity with a focus on high-quality patient care in a managed care environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in value-based care with knowledge of HEDIS and MRA coding and be comfortable managing a patient panel of 1415 patients per day.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive care to adult patients in an outpatient setting.Manage and coordinate care within a managed care or value-based medicine framework.Utilize knowledge of HEDIS and MRA coding to ensure compliance and optimize patient outcomes.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.Collaborate with care teams including nurse practitioners physician assistants and administrative staff.Participate in quality improvement initiatives as required.Qualifications:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.Active unrestricted Florida medical license.Minimum of 23 years of experience in managed care or value-based care preferred.Knowledge of HEDIS and MRA coding.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams.Why Join Us:Outpatient-only schedule with no overnight or weekend coverage.Predictable MondayFriday hours (8:00 AM 5:00 PM).Opportunity to focus on quality patient care with a manageable patient load (1415 patients/day).Supportive team environment with resources to help you succeed.Required Skills:Primary Care Key Skills Apache Tomcat,C++,Administration Support,LNG,Hotel Front Office Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 250000 - 250000
