We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at a cutting-edge primary care clinic in Machesney Park, IL. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Highlights:

• Manage only 10-14 patients per day
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Predictable workweek with phone-only call
• No after-hours call
• Fewer administrative tasks
• $250,000 - $280,000 base salary

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 2+ years)
• Procedure experience is a huge plus!
