Outpatient Clinic Opportunity in Southern Maryland - 4 Day Work Week

We have a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at an employer-sponsored advanced primary care clinic in Leonardtown, MD. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Highlights:

• Manage only 10-12 patients per day
• Flexible schedule: Either (4) 10-hour days or (5) 8-hour days
• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• No call
• Fewer administrative tasks
• $300,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
• $15k sign-on bonus
• Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, malpractice on day one, health/dental, paid vacation, CME, matching 401k, and retirement

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 3+ years)
• Procedure experience is a huge plus!
