Medical Director, Outpatient Clinic in Topeka, KS

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated andinnovativeFamily Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds)at a cutting-edge advanced primary care clinic inTopeka, KS. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Highlights:

• Manage only 10-12 patients per day
• Administrate as a clinical team leader. Provide collaboration and medical advice/guidance, and oversee other medical staff in the clinic
• Staff includes 2 APPs, a mental health specialist, MAs, and a health coach
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Predictable workweek
• No after-hours call
• Pay range: $250,000 - $280,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 2+ years)
• Procedure experience is a huge plus!
