Wehave a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Family MedicinePhysician (or IM/Peds) at an advanced primary care clinic in South Bend.In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases,and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If youare passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing onwell-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Highlights:

• Manage only 10-17 patients per day
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
  
• Predictable workweek with phone-only call
• Fewer administrative tasks
• $270,000 - $285,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
• Annual bonus
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, malpractice on day one, health/dental, paid vacation, CME, matching 401k, and retirement

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 10+ years)
• Procedure experience is a huge plus!
