- Hours:100% outpatient; Monday - Friday opportunity with flexible scheduling

- Average Patients seen: 18 per day
- Call Schedule: 1:5 telephone only, and supported by nurse advisory line
- Loan Repayment
- Sign-On Bonus
- Compensation: - $313,000 - $350,000 Based on experience- Sign-on Bonuses ranging from $20,000 - $25,000- Relocation package available- $25k Retention Bonuses at year 2 & 4 based on location
