Family Medicine physician job in Indiana : The Inline Group -
- Full Time
- Hours:Monday: 7:30 - 6:30 (extended hours rotated by providers on staff), Tuesday through Friday: 8 - 5. Each provider gets a half-day per week for admin time
- Employed

- Average Patients seen: 16-20
- Call Schedule: One week after-hours call; typically 5 times a year

- Compensation: Base salary ranges from $225,000 to $265,000, depending on experience. Sign-on + relocation assistance are negotiable, plus a health center performance bonus.

- Additional Info: Seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Primary Care Physician. This position reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer and plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, comprehensive care within our FQHC.The PCP will serve as both an independent and collaborative member of the healthcare team, providing full-scope primary care services while supporting our mission to improve access to care for the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, plan, and provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan- Deliver care in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner consistent with FQHC standards- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to medical assistants, nursing staff, and medical students as applicableQualifications- Eligible for and able to obtain medical licensure in the state of Indiana- BE/BC in Family Medicine- Current CPR certification- Ability to meet credentialing requirements of affiliated hospitals
