- Additional Info: As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the Family Practice Physician works to achieve the organizational goals through the delivery of primary medical and educational care in a patient-centered environment. Responsibilities:- Provides oversight of clinical support staff and handles operational issues on the clinical floor to ensure continuity of services and a smooth patient flow.- Perform medical examination and evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, minor surgical procedures, follow-up consultation, and health education- Work and live in San Jose, CA, the second-happiest city in the US! We have the longest life expectancy of major metro areas.Qualifications:- CA license- BE or BC in Family Practice (If BE must become BC within 2 years of employment)- One year of directly related experience- Current DEA Registration- Current Basic Life Support Certificate (ACLS)- Spanish Bilingual preferred
