- Hours:Flexible schedule including option for 4 day week; occasional Saturday may be required

- Compensation: Negotiable base salary starts @ $260,000 + sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

- Additional Info: Responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating patients in line with community standards as part of a patient-centered care team. Duties include supervising midlevel providers, reviewing charts, ordering/interpreting tests, documenting visits, providing on-call triage, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards. Actively engages patients in their care, supports quality improvement, and participates in team meetings.Requirements:- California medical license- BC/BE in Primary Care- 2+ years outpatient experience (community-based preferred)- Strong communication, teamwork, and cultural competenceBilingual English/Spanish helpful
