Due to continued growth, we are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our physician-led team.


Position Overview
Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients ages 16 and older, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across all age groups
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Provide preventive care, screenings, and patient education

  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Qualifications

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Passion for patient-centered, relationship-driven care
