Organization: SSRRH Sutter Santa Rosa Reg Hospital

Position Overview: Assures that residents receive training sufficient to meet and exceed the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education Program Requirements for the residency program. Such training occurs during specialized didactic presentations, during rotation and longitudinally during outpatient precepting. As appropriate, the training is also integrated into rotations in various disciplines. Issues are regularly addressed within the context of the resident's outpatient practice within the relevant and appropriate model of patient care. Additional duties that fall under this position are administrative support for the program to support its mission and goals.

  • Doctorate: related field
Typical Experience
  • 5 Years of recent relevant experience.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Knowledge of the requirements of the American Board of Family Medicine and the ACGME requirements for residency programs.
  • Knowledge of clinical programs, hospital services, and community services.
  • Knowledge of age appropriate psychology
  • Knowledge of brief interventions/solution focused therapy.
  • Experience in interviewing, evaluation, and recruiting health professionals.

Pay Range is $70.11 to $105.17 / hour

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
