Family Outreach Services Success CoachFamilies and Youth Innovations Plus (FYI)Position: Full-Time; Hourly/Non-ExemptHourly Rate: $17.98 - $21.76 (3 levels based on experience and education)Reports to: Family Outreach Program SupervisorDepartment: Family Outreach Services Job SummaryThe Family Outreach Services Success Coach role ensures timely response and acceptance of referrals from New Mexico Statewide Central Intake (SCI). The Success Coach serves families who are reported and screened out for investigation for child abuse and neglect.
