Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine / Family Medicine / Med-Peds)
Los Angeles, CA
We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a busy, mission-driven outpatient clinic in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for physicians who enjoy building long-term patient relationships and delivering comprehensive, high-quality care. Open to new graduates and experienced physicians.
Compensation
- $285,000–$335,000, based on experience
- Potential sign-on bonus
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Monday–Friday
- Two Saturdays per month
- Weekday off provided during weeks a Saturday is worked
- Admin day every other week (non-patient facing)
Clinic Hours
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Saturdays: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population
- Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and medical assessments
- Review medical histories, medications, allergies, and immunization status
- Diagnose acute and chronic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret labs, diagnostic tests, and imaging
- Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions as appropriate
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary clinical teams and support staff
- Supervise up to four (4) NPs/PAs, including clinical oversight and collaboration
- Serve as a trusted clinical resource for patients and care teams
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active California license or ability to obtain
- Spanish bilingual preferred
