AdventHealth Well 65+ is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine to join our team and provide personalized care to patients 65-years of age and older. This practice exclusively focuses on Medicare Advantage patients.At work, you will experience:More Time with Patients: Up to 40 minutes with patients to provide comprehensive, personalized careSmaller Patient Panel. Max patient panel of 700.Lower Daily Patient Census. 14-16 patients per day.Clinic Support Team.
