The physician would have a ready-made practice and bonus opportunities would be very easily attainable. Group is very family oriented and we wouldnt want to hire someone that we wouldnt take our own children/families to see.Group is closed on Friday afternoons, so a new physician would be looking at a 3-3.5 day work week potentially. Schedule is somewhat negotiable.
