Job Description
URGENT: Family Medicine Provider needed in Ketchikan, Alaska Location: Beautiful Ketchikan, Alaska Setting: Outpatient Medical Office Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing until perm placement is made (they have been searching for quite a while) Coverage: Full-Time highly preferred; will take providers willing to take at least 2 weeks per month or more; 3-6 month placement + extensions Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Rate: $130/hour; X 1.5 for Overtime and Holidays Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days RequirementsActive, unrestricted AK license, or license in progress with determined issuance dateBoard Certified FM or IM providersClean DEA & NPDB (no current suits tor unresolved casesCertifications: ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, etc.3 month commitment at minimumFully vaccinated (COVID) providers only Support available: 6 other providers working in family EMR: Epic proficient Volume: 15 patients per day; all adult Travel & Lodging provided Malpractice Insurance provided
