The center focuses on providing accessible care to diverse patient demographics in a supportive and collaborative environment.Opportunity:Board Certified - Family Medicine/Primary CareJob Details:• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with 18 patient encounters per day minimum • Provide care for a mix of pediatric and adult patients (must see patients 12+ years, preference for providers who can see infants) • Chart closure required within 72 hours • Must have 3 years of experience in a similar setting • Active California medical license required before start • PAs must have a CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate • NPs must have a Furnishing License with Schedules II • Active DEA needed before start • BLS certification required • Required immunizations include: Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (within 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (within last 10 years) • Credentialing timeframe: 45-90 days • 30-day notice required for ending assignments • Nearest airport: ACV - ArcataCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
