Family Practice - Without OB Physician at BAS Healthcare

Location: Wilmington, NC Wilmington, North Carolina, is a charming coastal city located in the southeastern part of the state. It is known for its rich history, beautiful beaches, and vibrant cultural scene.Healthcare Facility: School Based Clinic/Student Health Center is a comprehensive health facility on campus designed to support the health and wellness of students.Opportunity: Medical Director Start/Duration: Mid-January 2025- May 2025 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (occasionally a little late to finish up with a patient) Closed for Holidays following school calendar Provide medical care to students with a focus on evidence-based and preventive care. Follow up with patients and/or their family as needed and document all patient encounters. Serve as primary supervising physician for mid-levels, be available for consult, and review peer review process results 75-80% clinical 15-20% administrative Fully Outpatient Patient Population: Primarily Adults 18+Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate with weekly pay and malpractice included. Local Candidates preferred. Travel and Lodging available if needed.Contract to Direct Hire or Direct Hire available as well
