The facility utilizes the Cerner CareB electronic medical record system and offers a collaborative environment with medical assistant support for providers.Opportunity:Physician - Family MedicineJob Details:• Full-time position Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm for 12-month commitment• Manage an established patient panel with focus on chronic care management• Treat conditions including diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, and other primary care needs• Patient volume of approximately 14-16 patients per day• Care primarily for adult patients (ages 18+), pediatrics optional• No call responsibilities• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine• Active California medical license required• Must have current ACLS/BLS certification and DEA with schedule II during credentialing• Credentialing timeframe approximately 30-90 days• Medical Assistant support provided• Electronic Medical Record system: Cerner CareBCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
