The organization specializes in Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments across multiple locations throughout Missouri.Opportunity:Board Certified - General MedicineJob Details:• Perform Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments for Veterans• Multiple locations available across Missouri including Cape Girardeau, St. Joseph, Mountain Grove, Butler, Farmington, Licking, Sedalia, Poplar Bluff, Rolla, St. Louis, and Kennet• Flexible schedule options: work between 1-4 days per week depending on location• Option to work half days (4-hours) and/or full days (8-hours)• One-time non-treatment CP exams + separation health assessments• Primarily interview-based exams with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing• No prescribing or treatment responsibilities• Must be proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions• Must own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products allowed)• Active and unrestricted full Missouri license required• Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified• Acceptable specialties: family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or experience with general medicine or compensation and pension• Quick credentialing and onboarding process• Follow-up administrative work required (addendums, medical opinions, reading diagnostics)• Local candidates only, travel included in rates• Opportunity to work weekends if desired/neededCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
