Opportunity: BC/BE - Family Medicine This is a personalized practice opportunity allowing physicians to choose their desired FTE, focus areas, and practice style. The position offers the chance to be part of a growing healthcare team serving an expanding community and region. Job Details: This Family Medicine position offers flexibility and comprehensive practice opportunities:Flexible FTE options (full-time example: 36 patient contact hours, or 32 hours if including OB)Monday-Friday hours between 8am-5pmPrimary location in Detroit Lakes with potential outreach to Lake Park, Pelican Rapids, Frazee, or Mahnomen ClinicsProcedures and OB services welcome but not required (20-25 deliveries annually; C-sections performed by OB/GYN or General Surgery)Manageable patient load of 14-18 patients per day, adjustable based on patient typeReasonable call schedule (approximately 1:8 weekends, 2-4 weekdays per month)Hospitalist service in place to support patient careAccess to comprehensive onsite services including multiple specialties, imaging, lab, and therapy servicesOutreach services available in Audiology, Oncology, ENT, Cardiology, Nephrology, Urology, Pulmonology, and Sleep MedicineStarting and retention incentives available to assist with loan repaymentNHSC Loan Repayment Qualifying Site Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
