Join our Ontario, CA Team! Family Medicine Physician Salary Range $260-300k DOE +Bonus and Benefits Requirements to apply: Medical Degree (MD, DO) CA Medical License, DEA Certificate BSL certified. A minimum of 3 years of Family Practice Residency training A minimum of two (2) years experience in public health; Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine. If Board-Eligible, must become board certified within 1st year of employment.
