Outpatient Primary Care FQHC near Syracuse, New York: $250,000 - $260,000 starting salary plus $100K Sign-On. Why Join Our Team?Established, Community-Rooted Practice: Serve patients of all ages alongside a dedicated team of Board-Certified physicians, NPs, RNs, and dental professionals in a multi-site FQHC that has provided vital care since 1972 Low-Volume, Quality-Focused Care: Enjoy seeing 20-22 patients per day (max 24) with strong nursing and administrative support to help you focus on patient care Flexible Schedule: 4 to 4.5-day workweek with optional compensated "Sick Baby" call at the local hospital. Participate in a light, shared 7-day call rotation (average five calls per cycle) Modern Practice Environment: Practice primarily at our main Cortland clinic, with one day per week at a nearby rural clinic.
