Description: Healthcare United is seeking a full time Board Eligible/Board Certified Medical IM/FM physician to join our team at an established Healthcare System. Strong support staff included.Specialty: Family Medicine Location: Cedar Lake MSA (IN) 1hr from Downtown ChicagoEmployment Type: Full-time Setting: Mix of in/outpatient - 2 HospitalsCall Schedule: Inpatient hospitalist rotation: 1:8, Weekend call: 1:8, Holiday call: 1:8Schedule: Mon Fri, 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.Daily Volume: 20 patients/dayProcedures: To be discussed directly with candidateSalary: Competitive, commensurate with training and experience (eligible for corporate bonuses and partnership)Benefits: Moving expenses, health insurance, vacation, CME expenses, and a 401K are included For additional information on this opening and others, contact Healthcare United directly!
