With 12 health centers and a Mobile Health Center, they are committed to a patient-centered care model serving diverse communities throughout the region.The Position:We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Physician to join a dynamic care team in an outpatient-only setting. This role will oversee the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while serving as a clinical leader and resource for other providers and nursing staff.
