Primary Care Physician - Outpatient Practice Location: Winter Haven, FLWe are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing outpatient practice in Winter Haven, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a primarily geriatric patient population in a supportive and collaborative environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary starting at $250,000+, with potential for higher earningsComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and malpractice coveragePaid time off and CME allowance Responsibilities Outpatient only practice with an average of 15 patients per dayProvide comprehensive care for adult and geriatric patients, including preventive medicine and chronic disease managementCollect, record, and maintain accurate patient information such as medical history, reports, and test resultsDiagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, including multi-morbid casesPrescribe and administer appropriate medications, therapies, and specialized treatmentsEducate patients and families on treatment options and preventive health practicesMonitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed Requirements MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain)Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineStrong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skillsPassion for delivering excellent care, particularly to the geriatric population Why Join Us?
