Family Practice - Without OB Physician at Optigy Group LLC

Position: Full-Time Family PhysicianOverview:We are seeking a full-time, relationship-centered family physician to join our team at a new health center in Machesney Park, IL, in partnership with the Harlem Co. School District. We are looking for a primary care physician to lead our team, providing high-quality care to employees and their families.Position Details:Patient Population: Employees and families of all ages, with a focus on acute and primary care, emphasizing preventive medicineCare Team: MD, Medical Assistant (MA), Registered Nurse (RN)Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a proposed schedule as follows: Monday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Tuesday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Wednesday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Thursday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Friday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM (4 hours)No nights, no call, and no weekendsCompensation & Benefits:Salary: $240,000 $275,000 per year (negotiable based on experience and FTE)Benefits: 5 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)Full health, life, and disability insurance401(k) planCME reimbursement up to $3,000 per year, with 40 hours of time off for CME (pro-rated)Full reimbursement for medical licensing and DEAMalpractice coverage starting from day oneSelling Points:Average of 8-14 patients per dayMore time spent with patients to build relationships and trustLess time spent on ICD-10 coding and administrative work, with built-in admin timeOpportunity to improve patient outcomes with a finite patient panelAnnual Visits: 60 minutesFollow-Up Visits: 30 minutesJob Requirements:Education: MD or DO, board-certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine, or both Internal Medicine and PediatricsSkills: Comfortable performing well-woman exams and prescribing birth control (a plus)Experience: Procedure experience (a plus)
