Primary Care options in the Tampa Bay area, FL! -up to 500K compensation and partnership track. Established organization with 32 years of operating history is seeking Primary care Physicians. Innovative value-based care model that enables Primary care physicians to transform the health and lives of their patients in a way traditional fee-for-service (FFS) cannotFocus on patient outcomes rather than patient volume. Details: Complete flexibility for scheduling your own patients. Call is 1:3 only for after hour emergencies. Not for routine matters and is rotating remote call. Very low volume call for emergencies only. Typical work day is 8 AM to 5 PM, 1 hour break for lunch/ 5.5 hours of patient care and the rest is built in admin time to follow up on triage, lab work, radiology results, documentation, etc.Hospital care is not required. Inpatient work is optional. The typical patient load for a full panel is 0-2 patients in hospital at a timeLocation: Established clinic in New Port Richie and developing Hudson, FL clinic (will be 3 days New Port Richie and 2 in Hudson until Hudson is up and running and then will transition- should take 1.5-2 years)Compensation:230-260k base salary depending on experience + $200k+ bonus potential based ( bonus compensation first 2 years is 10-20% bonus and partnership track in 2 years with profit sharing model so could expect up to 500k total compensation at that point, depending on performance, etc.Requirements: They prefer docs have some managed care experience but will also take physicians right out of residency.
