Job Title: Primary Care Physician (IM/FP/GP)Location: Beaumont, TX Salary: $240k-350k We are looking for a visionary Physician Leader who is dedicated to making a positive impact on the health and well-being of our patients. In this role, you will serve as a key member of our healthcare team, providing comprehensive medical care while also demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire and motivate others.Responsibilities:Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.Serve as a leader and mentor to our healthcare team, including Nurse Practitioners and other staff members.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based care plans that meet the needs of our patients.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects to enhance patient outcomes and advance medical knowledge.Act as a liaison between the clinical team and management, providing input on strategic planning and operational decisions.Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety, quality care, and excellence in clinical practice.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Participate in on-call weekend coverage (phone only, shared with Nurse Practitioners) as needed.Qualifications:Medical degree from an accredited medical school.Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice.Valid medical license and DEA registration.Minimum of insert number years of clinical experience practicing as a Physician.Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and promoting wellness.Desire to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of our community.Benefits:Competitive base salary of $240,000 to $350,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)Relocation assistance of $10,000Signing bonus of $10,000 (additional compensation available for the right candidate)Comprehensive medical benefits, including life insurance, medical, dental, and vision coverageOpportunities for professional growth and advancementSupportive and collaborative work environment
