Job Description

We are currently seeking OB/GYN physicians to join a practice affiliated with a 222-bed hospital that hosts a fourteen-physician residency program in partnership with UCLA. Our team benefits from MFM support, in-house pediatric coverage, access to Robotic Surgery, and a work/life balance-friendly call coverage system. Additionally, there are multiple financial bonuses available, with income potential exceeding $500,000. Faculty compensation range from $407,000, not including the starting bonus, additional clinics, additional call or leadership roles. Junior Faculty compensation range from $382,000-$392,000, not including the starting bonus, additional clinics or additional call. $110,000 year for taking call. $20,000 per year retention bonus. Director positions available . Cerner EHR in offices and the hospital. Very Diverse City of 900,000 people with much more reasonable housing costs. Hospital Employee, Traditional. The city is right outside the Sequoia National Forest and great for outdoor enthusiasts. Earning Potential of $500,000. Production Incentives available. HPSA area Loan Forgiveness available . Signing Bonus available up to $20,000 . Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. Up to 6 weeks of PTO available. 403B. daVinci is available for those desiring to use it.
