Family Medicine Physician (FP) A Family Medicine Physician is needed in Bonifay, Florida. This opportunity is with a respected outpatient clinic delivering patient-centered primary care. Salary and Benefits Salary range of $195,000 to $210,000 annually (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance 14 paid holidays annually 15 days of PTO (vacation, sick, and personal time) 6% 403(b) retirement plan (3% base contribution) 457(b) plan company matches 50% of contributions up to the IRS maximum (must be on track to max out 403(b CME allowance $1,500 per year (can be used for CME, licensure, and DEA expenses) Up to 5 additional admin days per year for CME activities Relocation assistance $1,000 available Malpractice insurance fully covered Full support staff No nights, no weekends, and no call responsibilities Onsite provider role (no remote work) Responsibilities Full-time, Monday Friday schedule Target patient volume: 16 patients per day Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that bridges the gap between mission-driven healthcare organizations and high-quality candidates.
