This is a Clinical and Administrative combination position. You will work with leadership and clinical staff to continually improve patient care, while working 3/4 of time seeing patients. Job Description: Compensation : $195000 - $215000 Job ID : 29102 Job Function: Combination of overseeing clinic provider staff at clinic and having own patient panel. Expect 70% clinical and 30% admin overseeing clinic and staff. Participate in meetings with medical leadership to promote consistency. Provide clinical oversight for improvement and development of organization and site. Exam patients and diagnose and treat; consult with specialists and provide overall care. Clinic is open 5 days a week but work a combo of in-person and remote hours. Job Requirements: Must be BE/BC in IM or FM. Need to have a MA license. Spanish or Portuguese a plus but not required. Will consider J1 or H1B.
