Job DescriptionJob DescriptionUnited Talent is currently seeking a Family Support Coordinator for a company in Huntington, WV! Pay and shift: Monday & Friday 10:00am-3:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 9:00am-3:00pm $14 an hour Job Responsibilities:Provide compassionate, professional support to guest families and partnering medical providers.Manage guest services including check-ins/outs, database updates, family files, and documentation.Bill Medicaid for qualifying guests and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with HIPAA.Assemble welcome bags, ensure grab-and-go breakfast and weekend lunches are stocked/prepared.Assist guests with requests in a friendly, flexible manner and report any family issues to the Director of Operations.Encourage families to share feedback, photos, and stories for development and outreach efforts.Coordinate with staff on daily operations, special events, fundraising, and volunteer coverage.Provide evening, overnight, and weekend support as scheduled, ensuring prompt communication via email and shared calendar.Uphold all organizational policies, maintaining honesty, trust, and professionalism always.Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; two years of nonprofit experience preferred. Must pass background check and drug screening. Strong customer service skills with compassion for families in medical crisis. Proficient in Microsoft Office and database software. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience working with diverse, multi-generational populations. Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards.Perks and Benefits: Unlimited Referral bonuses!
