Healthy Families is a national program that works with new parents to develop supporting enriching parenting practices that help their children and families grow to realize their fullest potential. The Family Support Specialist works directly with families to provide in-home and virtual family-centered strength-based services designed to strengthen parent-child relationships enhance parenting skills and improve family functioning.The starting rate of pay for this position is $18.00 per hour and is non-negotiable. Three years home visitation or experience working with families accepted in lieu of Bachelors Degree. Experience with family services that embrace the concept of family centered principle and strength based service provision. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. Experience in serving culturally diverse communities/families is required. Transportation necessary to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the position.Apply today!
