The office team engages with fans via email physical mail phone calls and texts while the game day team interacts with guests face to face to act as a bridge that connects them with all amenities and resources available at Dodger Stadium to enrich or troubleshoot their experience.Duties/Responsibilities:Gameday responsibilities:Curate goodie bags/envelopes for in-game deliveries and update calendar to reflect completed requestsPrepare equipment for gameday Fan Services Representative (FSR) teamsListen to and log Dodger Hotline/866-DODGERS voicemailsCategorize and respond to fan feedback emailsIssue and inventory gameday fan/team member equipment and suppliesMonitor and enforce quality control of FSR teamAssist with fan ingress/directionsVisit and assist FSRs in gameNon gameday responsibilities:Fulfill certificate and digital fan pack requestsfulfill mailed item requestsLog and reunite lost and found itemsComplete data reports of fan engagement and gameday activitiesOther duties as assignedBasic Requirements/Qualifications:Interest in fan engagement and customer servicePossess excellent organizational. record keeping. and planning skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and CanvaAbility to be mobile for 4 to 7 hours per shift occasionally lifting up to 25 poundsExceptional attention to detailMust be a rising sophomore junior or senior pursuing a bachelors degree OR are currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institutionMust be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 3-month program during the summer monthsUnrestricted authorization to work in the United StatesPassionate about working for a professional sports teamProactive and out of the box thinkingThis program consists of 80% in-department work 15% cross-functional project experience and 5% additional programming. Interns collaborate on real business projects in small cross-functional groups while gaining hands-on department-specific experience under a dedicated manager. The program is 100% in person/onsite.
