Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:DescriptionThe PA Renaissance Faire is looking to hire hard working and dedicated cooks for the 2025 season! This position is weekends only, August 16th through October 26th with a few possible dates in June, November and December and is typically 20 hours per week.Job Duties:Prepare food at one of the 20+ food stands on groundsHold food at safe temperaturesFill orders quickly and accuratelyMaintain working inventory/alert manager of any needsReduce product wasteRequirements:Qualifications: Must be able to stand for extended periods of timeAble to lift and carry 50lbs1 year culinary experience preferredWorking knowledge of kitchen equipment including fryers, flat tops, and steam tablesGood communication skills to effectively work with cashiers and managersWeekend availability is required
