We are seeking a field-based individual who is skilled in fiber installations MDU networking low-voltage systems and team this role you will oversee on-site installation teams manage contractors and ensure successful completion of special broadband projects.**This position will require travel of up to 80% annually depending on project location and residence**Why TAKFull TimePaid WeeklyCompensation: $60K - $70K annually DOEFull Benefits Package (Medical Dental & Vision)Paid Time Off401(k) with Company Match!25K Company Paid Life InsuranceIndependent Work & Team CollaborationCareer Development & Advancement Opportunities!The RoleSupervise and assist with the installation of single-mode and multi-mode fiberManage and support contractors and internal technicians in the fieldLead installation teams on-site and act as the primary liaison with clientsHandle low-voltage wiring and ensure proper cable routing and terminationPerform and troubleshoot broadband installations and system issuesEnsure project milestones and deadlines are met while maintaining quality standardsInterpret and implement MDU network designs effectivelyUse basic hand tools proficiently in field installationsCoordinate with Project Managers to align resources timelines and deliverablesMaintain documentation and reports related to project status and field activitiesOther duties as assignedRequirements5 years of telecom/broadband experience2-3 years of leadership or management experienceProven experience with fiber optics (single-mode and multi-mode)Strong understanding of MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) networkingProficiency in low-voltage wiring and related systemsComfortable using hand tools and basic installation equipmentFamiliarity with Ruckus and/or Cambium equipment is strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to lead field teams and supervise projectsExperience in troubleshooting and customer-facing installationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsMust provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a drivers license is required if the role involves drivingPassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR Background Check Drug Screen)The compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
