The workload will at times include multiple concurrent projects with a mix of short duration research programs and longer duration technology maturation programs.Support the build alignment and performance characterization of fiber lasers including multi-stage amplifiers phase & amplitude modulation implementation spectral and coherent beam combiningPerform formal acceptance and qualification testingWork with a multidisciplinary team to implement high quality complex technical solutionsQualifications:Completed Bachelors Degree1-3 years of fiber laser or similar experience.Ability to work onsite in Herndon VA full time Mon-Friday normal business hours.US Citizen (no clearance required) Key Skills Laboratory Experience,Vendor Management,Design Controls,C/C++,FDA Regulations,Intellectual Property Law,ISO 13485,Research Experience,SolidWorks,Research & Development,Internet Of Things,Product Development Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
