Field Application Specialist I at bioMerieux Inc.

Description This is a field-based position. The selected candidate will be expected to travel to support the region, including UT, ID, OR, WA and AK.This position is to provide solution-oriented consultative training, technical support and troubleshooting at customer sites, and remotely, on bioMerieux's diagnostic product lines. Effectively work with customers to achieve efficient implementation and go live of new instrumentation. Retain current customer business, while developing and strengthening customer relationships that result in customer loyalty and positive referrals. Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure customers receive prompt, accurate and professional support to further their business needs. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux's bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living.
